What data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone (optional), event type, date, location and your message. We also collect anonymous technical data about site visits through a cookieless analytics tool.

Why we use this data

We use the data to reply to your enquiry, discuss the details of working together and prepare a quote. The basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may process it through providers that help us run the site: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), the content system (Sanity) and cookieless traffic analytics. These providers process the data only on our behalf.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries received through the form for up to 24 months, after which we delete them, unless an ongoing collaboration requires keeping them longer.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to us at hello@liviuphotographer.org.

Photographs

Photographs of clients and events may be published on this site only on the basis of consent, a contract or another legal ground. If you appear in a photo on the site and believe its publication affects your rights, contact us and we will review your request.
